Submission of Papers
The conference solicits original contributions. All abstracts/papers must be written in English and submitted electronically on the conference website or sent to icees@uniosun.edu.ng. Your submission will be acknowledged promptly. Please note that abstracts should not exceed 250 words, while the template for full paper is available for download on the conference website.

- Abstract Submission Deadline: 20th June 2021 (Extended to 31st July 2021)
- Notification of Acceptance of Abstract: 30th June 2021 (Extended to 7th August 2021)
- Full Paper Submission Due: 27th August 2021
- Notification of Acceptance - Full Paper: 24th September 2021
- Early Registration Deadline: 6th October 2021
- Conference Dates: 23-25 November 2021

Registration
Kindly register on the conference website, www.icees.uniosun.edu.ng. Registration will not be considered complete without full payment. We encourage participants to register early on/or before October 6, 2021. Registration will also continue at the venue of the Conference. Your registration and payment will be acknowledged promptly.
Publication plans
Accepted papers shall be published in the conference proceedings. Authors can also contact UNIOSUN Journal of Engineering and Environmental Sciences (UJEES) www.ujees.uniosun.edu.ng (editor.ujees@uniosun.edu.ng) for those who wish to publish their revised papers with them.
